Some Financial Miracles in my life!

Ever since I came to know Bhagavan and He entered our hearts (mine, my parents in-laws', children's and my husband's hearts) as the Antaryamin Bhagavan and started living with us in our house in the Sri Murti (laminated photo) in the year 1995, our lives have witnessed unbelievable miracles in all spheres. I would like to share some of them.

1. The year we came to the Oneness Movement, our business (we had 3 types of business then) was doing very well. My husband was earning three-quarters of a lakh of rupees, which was considered to be quite a big amount in those years. We owned 3 cars and used all of them for the Oneness to take the Acharyas and devotees everywhere. My husband always had his briefcase full of packets of currencies then. But due to one wrong decision we took in business (before we knew and had the Antaryamin of Bhagavan), we lost our investments badly and 1997 was a year of total financial breakdown.

It was during this year that the Lord did a lot of physical-cum-financial miracles in our house. We normally buy 100 kgs of rice in the month of December every year, for the need of the next year. As usual we bought 100 kgs in Dec. 1995. This rice lasted for us till June 1998 - for nearly 2 and half years. In fact, we had so many people eating in our place every weekend. We never left anyone who came for prayers without dinner, that too many times with special varieties. Every day was like festival. Vast quantities of provisions were used every day, our own family being big with 6 regular members. All satsanghs (prayer sessions) took place at home and every one was fed with the feeling that 'this is Amma Bhagavan's house; every one should be fed'. Still the provisions got multiplied by themselves. For a normal family of ours we need at least 2 to 3 kilos of oil per month. I used to buy only one litre at a time. Still the oil bottle never got emptied before 6 weeks! How these things happened, I do not know! I could not buy fruits and chocolates for the children. But every day some one or the other will come with fruits and chocolates for them. Though we did not have much money with us, we were living like prince and princesses, with all our desires fulfilled! (I still have a small sample of the rice that multiplied - with gratitude - in my Jewelry Safe vault)! I never regretted this financial breakdown!

2. Once we had to take Acharyaji back to the airport and we did not have petrol in the car. We simply prayed to Bhagavan and miraculously the car took us and brought us back without petrol! Another time, a hundred rupee note appeared from no-where below the Sri murti to put petrol for the same purpose!

3. In the month of April 1997, my husband could not give me any money for my house expenses. At that time, every weekend we used to visit villages to pass on the divine energies to people. I used to take a few sri murtis of Bhagavan (on credit) from the temple to distribute to the village people. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, we went to the villages. I would just take money to reach the village. That was all. Every Monday, after coming back from the village, I used settle the credit account of the Sri murtis with the person in charge of that.

After 3 weeks, I suddenly realized I had more money in my purse. While my husband had NOT given money that whole month, where did the money come from? I remembered I was buying vegetables out of the money in the purse and also spent it for food while staying in the villages. Where did the money come from? It was a big question for me. I stood before the photo (sri murti) of Bhagavan and asked, "where did the money come from, Bhagavan? How did I manage so many expenses?'. Then I remembered I used the money I got from the sale of the sri murtis for all these things. Yet I had re-paid all the dues, how? I looked at Bhagavan with a big question. He smiled and said, '(Elementary, Mr. Watson,) It is so simple, you see; I simply multiplied the sri murtis in your purse!!!!!!!"

4. The year 1998 was better and income increased steadily after that. In Sept. 2003, I wanted some renovation in the kitchen and we thought we will extend the kitchen. We had a budget of 25,000 rupees in mind and started the work. During the renovation, Amma Bhagavan's presence completely overtook me and I was making so many renovations without even thinking of the money factor. It took us three and half lakhs for the entire renovation with complete, beautiful and up to date furniture in all the rooms, new tiles in the bathrooms, tiles in the cellars, new flooring all over and all I could ever think of! From where the money came, I have no clarity. Money kept on coming as I went on designing! I was planning and renovating as though I had all the cash in hand. But as the expense bills came, money came by itself! My house became very very rich! More than anything, I LOVED THE STATE in which I did these things! Thoroughly enjoyed without any thought of worry, though I did not have any money or means to money, in hand!

5. My elder daughter's marriage got fixed for Feb.2008. Once again, everything was sudden and I went for the personal darshan of Bhagavan two months before that and asked for help. Bhagavan said. "You have got so much of sat-karma (punyam)! How much seva you have done! Why worry? You will get everything". That was the first time, Purushottama Bhagavan spoke to me like that! I was over-whelmed to think how blessed I was! Then, one day, Bhagavan made me write what all I wanted for the marriage. I sat to make the list like follows:

a) I want to give 50 sovereigns of gold. (Actually, I thought of writing only 30 sovereigns but while writing it became 50. I thought, 'Am I not being greedy?)

b) I want to give my daughter a furnished flat in Chennai as gift.

c) I want a very grand marriage in Chennai, with gifts and clothes for three generations of family.

d)I want to give reception at Grand Bhagavati, Ahmedabad, A rich Hall, where the cost of dinner per person is more than 5 times the normal cost.

Believe it or not all these things happened. (The flat is getting ready soon.) The reception part of it, i thought of cancelling because of the very high expense; but Amma simply took me and my husband physically to the Hall and did Her daughter's reception there. (Amma is very fond of Aishwarya, my eldest daughter.) Totally, we had spent 15 lakhs for the marriage, literally with no money to begin with.

6. Eight months before the above marriage, in July 2007, my husband was to lose his job/contract. He was quite worried as the marriage engagement was over by then. The Company cut off all his work, reduced his work to 20 % but is paying him till date. He is hardly needed by the Company, but is still being paid like before, TILL TODAY! Can you imagine this, that too, in the current circumstances of losing jobs so easily? That is why I say, GRACE IS RUNNING OUR LIVES!

7. My husband has started a new business since a couple of months. He is a Commerce graduate and has been looking forward to hire an engineer to help him to trade on machinery items. He could not get an engineer, but in the last 2 months, Amma and Bhagavan have made him an engineer practically! He has learnt so much that people are amazed to know he is not a mechanical engineer and the business is picking up well.

I know this has become very lengthy. Some of you, after reading this, will think: 'Can these things be true? Is it not exaggeration? May be this is just a story! And so on. I cannot stop anyone's thinking. You have to experience like me to believe what I wrote.There are many in Oneness who have experienced like me. As Bhagavan says - no truth is yours until you experience it.
