What is Important is - Bhagavan being with You

A few months back, I had a testing time. The mind that had been very calm since so many days and months and years, suddenly took a turmoil and started churning after an incident on June 9th, Relationship Day. It was a day that brought another big change to my life. The incident hurt me very badly and I had the personal darshan of Bhagavan with all that hurt. I prayed to Bhagavan for growth and transformation to come out of the hurts during the darshan.

As on that day and the two weeks that followed, I was totally confused and had no clue how to stop this mind. When I was working on my personal project in chennai, I had all the wisdom, clarity, Bhagavan's Presence and bliss to do it. Once I sat alone, the mind that was terribly hurt would start churning. Though I was aware of all the teachings and the ways and had a lot of experiences in the last so many years, I could only watch the mind going on. I WAS ABSOLUTELY HELPLESS. I just hugged the Sri Murti of Bhagavan and sat still when ever the mind started working. I could not even pray and come out. A couple of times, I took deeksha from my Guide and friends which helped me to slowly come out of the hurts. Still the mind would not stop totally.

Finally I reached home (Ahmedabad) and it was June 25th and the next day was our Wedding Anniversary. I told Bhagavan that I did not want to be in this mind on my Wedding anniversary. I went and opened my PC, opened one of Sri Bhagavan's talks recorded in the U-tube and put it on. I put the earphones and started listening......no hearing Bhagavan's voice. As it had been happening since the previous two weeks, the mind never allowed me to listen to Bhagavan. I did not even know on what topic Bhagavan was speaking. Nevertheless, I just closed my eyes and continued to hear, if not listen.

As Bhagavan's voice continued to enter my ears, in a couple of minutes, the mind became completely silent and I went into a no-body state for more than half an hour; that is, I could not even move an eyeball. (Previous to June 9th, I could easily go into this state just on wishing).

I never knew even the topic of what Bhagavan spoke. I was not listening to the teaching; I was not working on any teaching; I was not introspecting; I was not praying too; I was not learning anything; In fact, I did not do anything at all; but Bhagavan's voice itself stopped the mind completely and the churning of the mind never came back. I came out of all the hurts completely. They never came back. I had better clarity about what I should do and started completely enjoying the mukti state more than even before. All CRAVING and BECOMING and CONCEPTS stopped completely for me, COMPLETELY means COMPLETELY. They never came back.

If Bhagavan's recorded voice has this effect through a computer, just imagine how Bhagavan's live darshans would have effect on this mind and body! June 26th being the Relationship Day, somewhere I knew intuitively that what ever had happened that day, though it appeared to be negative, would soon take the most positive turn. Moreover, I had met Purushottam Bhagavan and asked for transformation. How can it not happen? He simply lifted me even higher.

While we are with Bhagavan, it is quite possible that we dip down, frequently or at times. But whenever we dip down, I feel, we are being lifted higher and closer to Him always. If that is the way we grow, why should we resist such dipping down? Children are allowed/made to fall down by life/god so that they can learn to get up, is it not? Everything is good and beautiful and to our advantage. That is what we should remember. This will help us to welcome anything instead of resisting. When we resist anything, we resist MUKTI. We resist FREEDOM from this mind.

Here I am reminded of a conversation with my antaryamin Bhagavan, a few years ago. Between the time Bhagavan entered my heart in November 1995 and mid 1997, I was really in heaven, always in bliss and seva. Suffering used to be there for a few minutes and that suffering always took me to more learning and more bliss and closer to Bhagavan. I was totally in a state of bliss after sometime. That state lasted for more than one and half years. Suddenly after that, I found myself dipping down and started experiencing insecurity, fear, jealousy, etc. I became afraid of this going down and I asked Bhagavan WHY ?

Bhagavan gave me a vision. Bhagavan was carrying me like a child and coming downhill. He was walking so fast down the hill. I looked out from his arms and felt dizzy coming down the hill so fast and got so scared. Like a child, I looked at Bhagavan with all fear. He simply looked into my eyes as He held me and said as follows: "You should not see where you are going, uphill or downhill. It does not matter where I take you. What matters is, 'I' am taking you; It is I who is holding you, you see. You simply keep looking at Me and not where you are being taken. You have to learn a lot. You have been easily lifted to bliss by my grace! Now you will experience each negative trait and also learn to come out of it and teach others. You should also know what you should do to come out of these aspects of the Mind. I want you to learn that too".

Saying that, He took me down and down for almost a year and at the same time, taught me, relieved me more from all hurts, expectation, insecurity and then finally took me to unconditional love and enlightenment experiences.

"I am helping you all the time. You do not know the any number of times you have been saved. If you could somehow manage to see the Hand of Grace you would immediately start loving Me. Because isn't it natural to love anyone who helps you? The moment you start loving Me I would start giving you more and more Grace. As below, so above. When you see somebody loving you, don't you start loving him? Same thing here also.
Initially My Grace flows into your life as strange coincidences. I use that word because it is mild. The more you recognize Grace in coincidences your love would increase, and there will be a flood of grace leading to miracles.
I love you much more than you love yourselves."

Throughout your life the Hand of the Divine has been continuously helping and guiding you. You are just not Aware of it. When you awaken to this truth, you discover the Presence of God in your life."
