WHO ARE AMMA AND BHAGAVAN

A new comer wanted to know about Amma and Bhagavan;

Sri Bhagavan is a Spiritual Avatar and Bhagavati Padmavati Amma is His Divine concert. We call them together as Amma -Bhagavan. Some call Amma as 'amma Bhagavan' too. Though Amma and Bhagavan are in two bodies, as avatars they are same and equal.

Let us first see what an Avatar is. An Avatar is a great Being born:

(1) for a PARTICULAR common PURPOSE,
(2) to HELP A GROUP of people or entire mankind,
(3) to live a life DEDICATED TO THE PURPOSE,
(4) with the ENTIRE POWER needed to fulfill the purpose (sankalpa) and
(5) ones who COMPLETE their mission during their time on Earth.

Amma and Bhagavan are avatars who have come to usher in the Golden Age, when Man will not know any of the 3 sufferings - mental, physical and spiritual suffering.

In short and simple layman's language, they have come to make the entire humanity happy. There are thousands of people on this planet who have befriended Amma and Bhagavan and experienced tremendous grace and wonderful experiences and miracles in their life. The most underlining factor is - people get extreme grace by simply making Amma and Bhagavan as their friends and sharing their thoughts and wants and necessities with them. Any one who seeks Amma Bhagavan from their heart are showered with grace in their lives. Any new comer can try and experiment and experience this fact.

People all over the world share their experiences in person and on the internet, especially in facebook in various groups. We may also see what Bhagavan says on His Avatar.

SRI BHAGAVAN: "Avatars come in human form because, that is the only way to incarnate the God within man. The Avatar takes the human form and behaves in a human way so that humanity can feel kinship with divinity. At the same time he rises to godly heights so that mankind also can aspire to reach God. 'The realization of the indwelling God as the motivator of life' - is the task for which Avatars come in human form.

Previous Avatars like Rama and Krishna had to destroy a few individuals who could be identified as enemies of the godly way of life and thus restore the dharmic path.

Today, however, wickedness has tainted so many that humanity itself sands under the threat of destruction. Therefore, in my present Avatar, I have come armed with the fullness of the power of formless God to correct mankind, raise human consciousness and put people back on the right path of truth, righteousness, peace and love to divinity"

Question to Bhagavan:

Bhagavan,how is your consciousness as an avatar different from the consciousness of someone who gets enlightened?

Sri Bhagavan: "At this point in time the only difference could be in the intensity of the awareness or the intensity of the bliss, but otherwise there is no basic fundamental difference. But as these nadis open up and become stronger, his (an enlightened person's) awareness levels will also increase and the gap will soon close. But it may take a little time. But fundamentally there is no difference. Except I do have some additional facilities. Like I can see what is going on in some other place, what’s happening in somebody’s mind, and how I can help them. I can really interfere in helping their life by taking up a strong sankalpa, a strong wish. These too (enlightened) people will be able to acquire in the course of time. Already a few of them have acquired this in small measure".

Question: "Bhagavan, there have been so many avatars in human history, who have come and given different teachings, and helped to maybe enlighten a few people. What makes you so different?

Sri Bhagavan: "Well, I think it is not about my being different. I think I have come at a different time. The other avatars prepared people for enlightenment, for liberation, but could not give it to them, not because they were not capable of giving it, but because the times were not ready for that. So I come at a time when earth’s energies have changed, and man is very receptive, and it is possible to give him enlightenment. So my advantage is that I have come at the right time, a time when it is possible to give it to man".

Question: Bhagavan, how would you explain the concept of ‘AVATAR’ to a western audience?

An avatar could be musical avatar, he could be a mathematics avatar, he could be a political avatar, he could be a spiritual avatar. The avatar what is meant is somebody who comes with specific mission on the planet and who is divinely inspired and through whom divine energies flow. That is what which is meant by the avatar. But, many are not aware that avatars can cover every field of human activity. They think that it is pertains to spiritual work. It isn’t so. But, I happened to be a spiritual avatar.

Question: "How do I develop FAITH in YOU to RECEIVE GRACE?'

Sri Bhagavan: "You do not know me. So, the best thing to start is, you start with your God. You must certainly be believing in some God. You could start with your God, it could be Rama or Krishna or Christ or whatever your God. How could you believe me, it is totally new person, there is no way. I am not interested in perpetrating myself, be very clear about that. I am here basically to put you in touch with your God. So, down the line, may be you could discover me and a bond could develop. I am not important as far as you are concern.

What is important is,

'Do you want a change in your life?,
Do you want to have an end to your physical sufferingS, your psychological sufferingS, your existence sufferingS?'.
So, would you like to have an end to all this sufferings?

All that I am suggesting is come, there is only one way, no psychology is going to help, it would help up to a point; No philosophy is going to help, it would help up to a point; Beyond that God has to help you. And what God, any God whom you have been worshipping. You are not required to accept me at all, be very clear about it. Your God would appear to you, he would start relating to you, he would give you the Grace to transform your life. You can follow any teachings, follow any sadhana, worship any God, it is purely a personal affair and whatever it is, we will help you in the process".

Question: "Bhagavan, Do you feel that at some point your work will be over?

Sri Bhagavan: "Most certainly, yes. The moment the world is enlightened, my work is over. The moment humanity becomes one humanity, one complete humanity, and all the divisions have ceased, my work is over. I am here to remove all divisions in whatever form they might exist.

So, though humanity faces a lot of obstacles, and danger seems to be lurking around the corner, I would like to tell them that redemption is around the corner, that we are going to make it"
